Do you sell to everyone?

No. We are only a Wholesale Dealer and we do not sell to the Public. If you are a homeowner and need a referral please email us at referral@cigmablind.com

Do you sell Commercial or Residential Products?

All of our products are graded for commercial or residential use. Please contact Customer Service for Spec Sheets on our products.

How do I contact you?

You may call, email, fax or send us a message online. Our professional staff is eager to help you.

Is there a charge for shipping?

Yes. Under 80″ is $3.00 per item. Over 80” is $35.00 per item. Arches are $15 each.

May we order catalogs or brochures?

Yes, dealers may request brochures and download the price guide online.

Can I return the blinds I purchased?

You are. Follow our measuring guides carefully for each window.

What if I measure something incorrectly?

We may resize or remake blinds, sometimes at a discount. Contact us.

What if my blinds are damaged during shipping?

Notify us within 7 days. We’ll repair or replace the damaged items.

Which name brands do you carry?

Our own “Cigma” plus Turnil’s, Mermet, Phifer, Rollease, Somfy, etc.

Are these first quality? Do you sell seconds?

Only first quality. Never seconds. Products ship directly from top factories.

Difference between inside & outside mount?

Inside mount has a ½″ deduction. Outside mount is exact size ordered.

What do I need to become a dealer?

A credit application, resale tax number, and business license (if available).

What type of product warranty do you have?

All products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Are the installation instructions included?

Some products include them. Otherwise, contact Customer Service.

Do you supply all the necessary hardware?

Yes. Screws for standard applications are included.

How do I check order status?

Do you make Roller Shades that can go outside?

Yes, depending on fabric. Let us know it’s for outdoor use at time of order.
